This is therapy that respects your time, your identity, and your capacity for change.
You’re ready for therapy that is intentional.
Every part of the work, from the tools we use to the language we speak, it’s purposeful.
You’ve spent years navigating big emotions, people-pleasing, shame, or shutdown. You’ve tried making changes, and the same cycles keep coming back. You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You just haven’t had the kind of support that has been effective for you.
We believe progress in therapy happens when we address the imbalance. We suffer most when we lean too far in one direction, when we try to change things we can’t control or when we give up on what we can shift. Real growth happens in the balance. We help you learn to accept what is while also working towards what is possible.
Our Values
Active Change, Not Passive Insight
We go beyond talk each session is designed to help you build real-world skills, heal core wounds, and move forward.
Accountability with Heart
We blend warmth with structure to ensure your progress feels both supportive and sustainable.
Evidence + Individuality
We blend approaches backed by research like DBT and EMDR with your unique identity, values, and goals.
Focused, Time-Efficient Care
Therapy shouldn’t last forever. We equip you with what you need to grow independently, with tools that outlive the therapy hour.
After years of working in clinical settings, supervising teams, and helping hundreds of clients transform their lives, we reached a point where we knew we wanted more: more control, more freedom, more alignment with our values and a lot less of the therapy status quo.
We don’t shy away from what’s hard. We’re direct yet warm. Protective yet grounded. Driven and deeply compassionate. We bring energy, strategy, and heart into every session, and we’re not afraid to call things what they are, especially when that’s what helps you grow.

When people come to therapy with me, they’re often looking for a space that feels both safe and practical. They don’t want to just talk in a circle; they want real tools, real change, and someone who will meet them with honesty and compassion. That’s what I try to bring into every session: respect for your time, your story, and your hopes for the future.
Over the years, I’ve found myself especially drawn to working with people who carry the weight of trauma, who struggle to regulate emotions, or who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns. I also love walking alongside people as they explore identity and belonging. Many of my clients have tried therapy before and want something more structured or they’re coming in skeptical and I actually enjoy that. Together, we figure out what works for you.
My foundation is in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). What I love about DBT is its belief that the patterns we’ve developed usually started as strengths, clever ways to survive tough situations. DBT helps us honor that resourcefulness while building new skills for the life you want now.
I also fell in love with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) back in 2015, when I began training in it (I’m Level II trained). Even after years of practice, I still feel awe seeing the weight lift off someone’s shoulders after working through experiences that they have carried with them for years. I feel humbled every time a client trusts me to guide them through this process.
In 2023, I added another layer to my work by becoming a certified Trauma and Tension Release (TRE) Instructor. For some clients, incorporating body-based practices like TRE is exactly what their nervous system needs, whether as a complement to EMDR or as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.
And then there are couples. Relationships are such a central part of life, and when they’re strained, everything feels harder. I use the Gottman Method, which is grounded in decades of research. What also drew me to the Gottmans’ work is that they studied same-sex and non-traditional couples early on, a reflection of values that matter deeply to me. It’s personal for me that my practice be a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Everyone deserves to feel fully seen, respected, and supported in therapy.

As far back as I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by people. As a therapist, that curiosity shows up in my commitment to deeply understanding each client, in all their complexity, without judgment. I take a validating, direct and warm approach, working to understand what drives a person’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. From there, I help translate the insights and skills they gain in therapy into meaningful action in their everyday lives. I understand that life demands and the mental load can feel like barriers to engaging in therapy, so I strive to support my client’s growth at a pace that respects their capacity, needs, and goals.
What I love about doing this work is celebrating the small steps that collectively lead to lasting transformation.
Outside the therapy room, I navigate the joys and messiness of parenting. I love dancing, hiking, doing puzzles, pulling weeds, having deep conversations with my people, or sometimes just staring at the wall and doing absolutely nothing.
I see clients ages 18 and up.
