Wellness coaching helps you move from “just getting by” to building a life that feels more intentional and aligned. Grounded in behavioral science and holistic mental wellness, this coaching focuses on small changes with big impact.

What It Looks Like

This is for individuals who are feeling stable but ready for growth. Coaching sessions may include:

  • Guided practices and reflection prompts

  • Skill-building tools for personal growth

  • Structured check-ins for accountability

  • In-person or virtual sessions

  • Initial 1.5-hour session to build your personalized coaching plan. Investment: $200.

  • Follow-up 1-hour sessions, scheduled at a pace that works for you. Investment: $125/session.

Currently available to individuals living in Wisconsin.

Coaching Package

Includes:

  • 1 Initial 1.5-hour session

  • 6 One-hour follow-up sessions

  • 1 Thirty-minute maintenance session

Investment: $850
Initial 1.5-hour session: $200
Remaining $650 paid after initial session

Packages can only be purchased after the initial session to ensure the partnership is a good fit.
