Our Approach

We don’t just talk, we provide therapy that’s actionable and affirming of who you are in all your complexity. Our approach blends deep emotional insight with practical strategies, so therapy feels supportive and effective.

Private pay and Insurance reimbursement options available, see FAQ for full pricing details.

We use a combination of evidence-based models to meet your unique needs:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Build skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep you stuck.

Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
Focus on what's working to move forward with clarity and momentum.

Important Note About DBT
We are trained to deliver DBT with fidelity to the full model. However, we do not currently offer a comprehensive DBT program through Anchor & Wave Wellness.

Not sure if DBT-informed therapy is right for you?

“Jen got me through COVID. I really struggled in the isolation and uncertainty. She helped me recognize the pattern I was stuck in and supported me through an unmaking and remaking of myself. I knew I was unhappy but I didn’t know why or what to do about it. With her help, I gained the confidence and courage to trust myself again and leave a toxic relationship and work environment. I wouldn’t be as healthy and successful as I am now without her.”

“I've had other forms of therapy but have never seen true growth or improvement until I started with Casey. I was skeptical at first but after a couple sessions I noticed things were drastically better for me not just personally but also professionally, which surprised me. I've been able to apply the skills I'm learning to both and it's been great.”
