Therapy that balances acceptance and change for people ready to do the work.

We help individuals and couples move beyond stuck patterns with practical tools, trauma-informed care, and compassionate, affirming therapy.

You’re stuck.
You’re ready to change.
You don’t know how.

Maybe you’ve never tried therapy because you’re skeptical it will work or you’re worried it will take too long and go nowhere. Or maybe you have tried therapy before, but it felt like a lot of talking without much movement.

Our Approach:

We don’t just talk, we provide therapy that’s actionable and affirming of who you are in all your complexity. Our approach blends deep emotional insight with practical strategies, so therapy feels supportive and effective.

What We Offer

Online or in person at our Monona, WI office

Individual Therapy

Build emotion regulation, strengthen relationships, and learn to live with balance through skills that work in everyday life.

EMDR & Trauma Therapy

Heal by reprocessing trauma safely and effectively.

Couples Therapy & Intensives

Whether you’re repairing trust, deepening connection, or navigating nontraditional relationships, we offer affirming, actionable support for real relational growth.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative space to help you create sustainable habits for a more grounded life without requiring a mental health diagnosis or long-term therapy.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)

TRE releases stress and trauma stored in the body through guided neurogenic tremoring. This gentle method supports regulation, embodiment, and calm.

We’re seasoned therapists with the training, clinical range, and lived experience to support a wide spectrum of people and problems.

That said, we especially love working with:

LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating identity, discrimination, life transitions, and relationships

Women who are exhausted or feel like their worth is measured by their productivity

Veterans and first responders who need a civilian therapist that knows trust isn’t given, it’s earned

Parents who are overwhelmed, feel like they are failing, or struggling with co-parenting

People dealing with chronic illness and/or medical invalidation

Men who are unsure if therapy is for them

In short: If you're ready to do the work we’re here for it.
